The Paddock is a rural recreational community located at the end of C Road (just off Southern Blvd.), south of Collecting Canal. The luxury resort budgeted at $45 million will consist of two state of the art amenity buildings with pools and sports courts, an activity center, a welcome center and 288 luxury RV sites with privacy landscaping, summer kitchens, and full hook-up services for water, sewer, electric and cable.

 It will feature a greenway trail, providing a serene and environmentally protected habitat, dedicated to the Town of Loxahatchee Groves. By restoring the properties natural buffers, the interior of The Paddock remains hidden from outside view. The ongoing economic benefits to the Town will contribute to improving local roads, drainage systems, and stabilizing the canal banks.
